Sandpit Dayticket Lake
Sandpit Lake is an 15 acre lake with various depths from 2ft-14ft with 4 Islands. Stock at the moment is in the region of 950 Carp vary from 9lb to 30lb+. all fish growing nicely all in very good condition and fight very well ! The average size is now mid-high doubles.
The Retreat
Bespoke 2 bedroom lodge set perfectly right on the lakeside of the 15 acre Sandpit Day Ticket Lake.
With the added benefits of a fully heated lodge and log burning hot tub with mood lighting and jets, securely fenced 70ft private garden area with Gas BBQ and seating area.
Two bedrooms with a Kingsize bed and Double bed, bathroom, open plan fitted kitchen/lounge area with TV and WiFi, and bifold doors that open up to allow you to take in the views and the gorgeous sunsets.
Perfect for a family of 4 or 2 couples, and 2 small well behaved dogs are welcome.
Double swim directly outside for 2 anglers. You are able to fish from the lodge or from your Bivvy, the choice is yours!

- You MUST have valid rod licences
- 3 Rods maximum
- Micro Barb Hooks only
- Bait boats allowed
- Minimum of 15 lb mainline
- ALL Rubbish to be taken home
- Boilies frozen/fresh or good quality Shelflife
- Pellets only, No Particles or Nuts
- No Sacking of fish
- No Plastic or Rubber Baits
- No Zig Rigs
- 18 Inch min of Tubing must be used at all times
- No Braided Mainlines or Shock Leaders
- No leaders of any kind including Korda safezone leaders, leadcore or lead free
- Drop of Leads only
- No Wading
- Do not be more than 10 seconds away from rods
